Rise and Shine - Is our new early class. It is for all levels and will following the very popular yoga book " The Fountain of Youth. "

Core/Ball - Is our new class for all levels of experience. It will focus on the strengthening of your core and the improving of your balance.

Circuit - Is our only class that will work on the whole body. There will be 10 - 15 stations that will have exercises including push-ups, sit-ups, squats, bicep curls and others. These stations should take about 30 minutes and then we will end with 30 minutes of yoga.
