- It
is best to do yoga on an empty stomach.
- Wear
comfortable clothing that is not too baggy. This will allow
the instructor to check your alignment easily.
- Shook
Yoga will provide all props including mats, straps, blocks,
etc. These items are also available for your purchase for
your personal use.
- Missed
classes may be made up at any time during the same 8-week
session, but not carried over into the next session.
- All
ages and body types can benefit from yoga. Please inform the
instructor of any health restrictions so that modifications
can be made.
- Yoga

and strength. Yoga reduces stress and tension. It improves
