Class Descriptions

Beginner
Combines body alignment with the flowing motions of basic Yoga, emphasizing the conscious use of breath. Moves slowly with time for questions.
Class schedule

Intermediate
Students learn additional postures, including balancing and strength exercises, linked together for continuous movement (flow). Beginner Yoga experience required.

Advanced
Builds on the postures learned in earlier Yoga classes. The focus on breath work continues, along with more challenging postures, improving strength, stamina and flexibility. Experience in beginning level classes recommended.

For experienced students who wish a more challenging exercise. A vigorous workout featuring continuous strength building sequences.

Restorative
Open to students of all levels who desire a slow-paced, relaxing style of Yoga. Incorporates props in gentle stretching and breathing exercises to warm the body and relax the mind. Relieves stress. A great way to unwind. Students may want to bring a blanket to class.
